Molly and Stacy Murphy are far and away the best real estate agents my wife and I have ever been served by. Because of many corporate relocations we have bought and sold many homes and we have never received better service! Molly and Stacy gave us good advice throughout the process , stayed in constant communication with us, gave us feedback after each showing, took responsibility to resolve items during the inspection period and worked very hard to make the closing go smoothly. As an example, we had to leave Nipomo before our house sold and when we got a contract the inspection resulted is a couple of minor issues that needed to be addressed, Molly and Stacy arranged for the vendors to repair the items and supervised the repairs, we did not have to return to handle anything! From listing to closing Molly and Stacy worked tirelessly to make a sale and close it smoothly, we always felt we were in very good hands. We were blessed to have Molly and Stacy working on our behalf!
Molly was in EVERY WAY FANTASTIC! It was easy to give her 5 stars in everything b/c if there was anything, anything at all she was unsure of or had doubts, she went out of her way to make sure she had the answer for us! She stopped at nothing to make everything perfect for us! And it was a very crucial time for us...we had just moved to California from a Midwest state and a home buying experience could have been a disaster for us, instead it was anything but b/c of MOLLY! We will always be indebted to her for giving up SO MUCH of her time and being so super sensitive to our needs and that of our two High-school age kids. We asked her to show us a gazillion homes and every time she cheerfully responded and showed up with a smile. Molly and the CCRG group is all you need!
